In the night’s distance

Have you carved a poem in your head,
Or stood at the centre of the circles?
Have you ever dreamt your life,
Or appeared estranged to your own reflection?

I have spent the night in a supernova,
It’s a spinning shaft of ambers,
And you spin so fast that you stay awake,
Billion of stars with you.

Patches on the wall are breaking,
You’ve been looking at them for so long,
They feel like abandoning you,
And after all, it’s night for them too.

Those lamps still work,
May be they’ll accompany,
But your eyes are not still,
They are looking for something else.

There is ground just below,
but you float midair,
It’s so quiet that you can hear life leaving,
And room is filled with colours of your desires.
